There is an Executive Order to decriminalize and legalize cannabis for medical use in Kentucky.This would make it available for prescription treatment and help many Kentuckians adverse to opiods and pharmaceuticals.Kentucky's feckless and illegitimate leader Asshat Andy is trying to get re-elected Governor it appears.Medical Cannabis would be a net positive after all of the tyranny we have endured under Breqshear The Tarted.
